Rockapetta to place 111mln shr for HK$16.65mln

Rockapetta Holdings Ltd (1003) announced to issue 111mln new shares at HK$0.15 per share to third party Charm Management Ltd to raise HK$16.6mln. The new shares represent about 15.84 pct of the companyˇ¦s enlarged share capital. Trading of the stock will be resumed today.
