Dong Jian Tech.com directors resign

Dong Jian Tech.com Holdings Ltd (0649) said directors Ngai Hor Ying and Ngai Man Sang have resigned with effect from Aug 8. The company in the meantime appointed Ngai Man Hing and Gao Feng Nong as executive directors with effect from Aug 8.
