PCCW proposes to issue new bonds

Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd (0008) intends to make a new proposal for a bond issue to help complete its fund raising by the end of this year, the Hong Kong Economic Journal cited market sources as saying. A PCCW spokesperson declined to comment on the report.
