Shandong Airlines considers 110 mln additional A-share offer

Shandong Airlines Co Ltd said it plans to launch an additional offer of up to 110 mln A-shares to help finance the purchase of two Boeing 737-800 aircrafts and a stake in Jinan International Airport Co Ltd. The share offer is yet subject to approval at a general meeting on September 11.
