Far Eastern Polychem 1H NP up 40.3% to HK$126mln

Far Eastern Polychem Industries Ltd (8012) reported its first half net profit for the period ended June 2001 to be HK$126mln, up 40.3%. EPS rose from HK$0.23 to HK$0.31 with no interim dividend. The group recorded a net profit of HK$90.106mln from the last corresponding period.
