Yew Sang Hong (Holdings) Ltd. (0290) declared that one of its directors was arrested by the Independent Commission Against Corruption on Aug. 4 in relation to alleged bribery involving a company wholly owned by a relative of the director and an officer of the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
