Global China Tech in hands with Xinhua News Agency for JV

Global China Technology Group Ltd. (1105) said its unit Global China Media will form a broadcasting joint venture with Xinhua Media, an subsidiary of the Xinhua News Agency. Total investment for the JV Beijing Xinhua TV Broadcasting Ltd. will amount to 18mln yuan (HK$16.92 million).
