Allied Properites seeks 1-for-5 bonus warrants issue

Allied Properties (HK) Ltd (0056) said it is proposing the issue of one warrant for every five shares held in the company. According to the company, warrant holders can subscribe to a new share in the company at 0.27 hkd per share.
