Cheung Kong, KCRC to sell Metropolis project by auction

Cheung Kong (Holdings) (0001) and Kowloon and Canton Railway Corp have set to sell their jointly developed Metropolis commercial property in Hung Hom by auction, the Oriental Daily cited market sources as saying. The sources said the market has estimated the project is valued at about HK$3.65bln.
