Interchina 5.475% stake changes hand

Interchina Holdings Company Limited (0202) announced that Chairman of the company Zhang Yang had sold 15% equity interest of Wealth Land Development Corp., to A-Jex Investment Limited. Zhang Yang held 1.6 billion shares, or 36.5% issued share capital, of Wealth Land, and 240 million shares, or 5.475% equity interest, of the company have been changed hands after the transaction.
