Bank of China H.K. mulls Nov listing
Sources said that Bank of China Hong Kong is planning a listing on the main board in November following completion of a merger with nine sister banks. The merged entity will also include its stakes in Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chiyu Banking Corp. BoCI Asia, its own investment banking arm. The IPO size is expected to range from HK$4 billion to HK$5 billion.
