HK Pharma buys 51% Ensure at HK$15.25mln

Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Holdings (0182) announced that it agreed to buy the 51% stake of Gui Zhou Ensure Chain Pharmacy (Ensure) at about HK$15.254mln. The company resumes trading this morning.
