Interform Ceramics up 15.38% on increased public float

Interform Ceramics Technologies Ltd. (1060) said its parent Tian An China Investments placed 1.83 billion of Interform shares at HK$0.02 to raise the company's public float to 20.08 percent. The stock sharply rose 15.38% or 0.5 HK cents at HK$0.03 at HKT11:19am.
