Kingdee chairman intends to increase interests

Kingdee International Software Group Ltd (8133) announced that chairman and executive director of the company Xu Shaochun intends to increase his interest in the company, and is under negotiation with director Zhang Wenxing. Xu currently owns 16.1% stake of Kingdee while Zhang holds 13.32%.
