Ecopro Hi-Tech acquires 80% stake of Bits Tech at HK$18mln

Ecopro Hi-Tech Limited (0397) announced that the company agreed to acquire 80% interest of Bits Tech Inc from an independent third party Lee Chi-man at a total consideration of HK$18.3 million.
