Legend bought back 8.202mln shares

Legend Holdings (0992) has bought back 8.202 million shares at prices ranging from HK$4.175 to HK$4.225 yesterday. It was the first time that Legend has bought back its shares. Legend said it may consider taking similar actions in future. Its shares ended at HK$4.225 on Thursday, and about 59.03 million shares changed hands today.
