Wang On acquires Dailywin stake at HK$7.7mln

Dailywin Group (0897) announced that its majority shareholder Leung Wai-ho will sell his holding of 29.19% stake or 38.5mln shares of the company to Wang On Group (1222) for a total consideration of HK$7.7mln at HK$0.2 per share. Meanwhile, another 11.65% stake owned by Leung will be placed to independent third parties at the same price through a placing agent.
