Merrill cuts long term rating for LCH Bank

Merrill Lynch has downgraded its long term rating on Liu Chong Hing Bank (1111) to 4 from Neutral 3 on expected difficulty the bank will confront in bringing its business in line with counterparts in terms of revenue diversity and product delivery.
