FT increases stakes in 2 subsidiaries

FT Holdings International (0559) announced it takes further interest of 43.92% of the issued share capital of FT Communications and 49% of the stake in Billion Wealth, at a nominal consideration of $2. Upon completion of the transactions, the two companies will become the wholly-owned subsidiaries of FT Holdings. Meanwhile, it takes Bestbuy shareholder's loan of $1.5 million
