ICG appoints Shih as alternate director to Canning Fok

ICG Asia Ltd. (0715), an Internet investment firm, has named Edith Shih as the alternate director to Canning Fok, the co-chairman of the company, with effect from Aug. 21. The company's shares ended yesterday down 1.2 percent at 40.5 HK cents.
