Mandarin Resources seeks directors resignations

Mandarin Resources Corp Ltd said it is seeking the resignation of its directors with immediate effect to ensure that the interests of the company and shareholders are not jeopardised pending investigation of the company's financial conditions. In a statement, the company said it is awaiting the Securities and Futures Commission's approval of the move.
