i-Cable 1H Net Profit at HK$77 Mln with nil dividend

i-Cable Communications(1097) said it returned to the black with a net profit of $77 million for first half 2001, compared with a net loss of $40 million a year before. Turnover rose 20.5 pct to $934 million from $775 million last year. Earnings per share was $0.04. No interim dividend was declared.
