Orient Power offers guarantee to unit for loan facility of US$1.25mln

Orient Power Holdings Ltd (0615) said it has provided a guarantee for Orient Power-Sunniwell IT Ltd for its obtaining of a US$1.25mln revolving loan facility from the Bank of East Asia. Orient Power owns a 51 pct stake in Orient Power-Sunniwell.
