Group Sense unit sells 60% stake of Max Power

Group Sense (International) Ltd (0601) said its unit Group Sense (Holding) Ltd has sold a 60 % stake of Max Power Electronic Ltd, together with the benefit of a loan of HK$12.64mln to Hui Kwok Hung, a director of Max Power, for around HK$3.25mln. The proceeds from the transaction will be used as general working capital, it said.
