Mandarin Enter to issue new shares for HK$67.5-75mln

Mandarin Entertainment (0009) will list a total of 75mln new shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange to raise HK$67.5-75mln on September 12, with an offer price of HK$0.9-1.0 per share.
