vLink plans land purchase in Shanghai

vLink Global (0563) said that it plans to acquire the entire equity interest in Best Modern at a total consideration of HK$150mln. Best Modern owns a 39% stake in a development project in Yangpu District, Shanghai, together with a shareholder loan worth of HK$7.29 million. The property will develop 47 blocks of 47 multi-storey residential tower and one block of office building with a total gross floor area of 217,935 sq m.
