Global Tech releases bonus warrants 1 for 9

Global Tech (Holdings) Limited (2984) announced a bonus warrant issue on the basis of one bonus warrant for every nine shares held by shareholders. The bonus warrants confer rights to the qualified shareholders to subscribe for up to approximately $359 million in aggregate for shares at an initial subscription price of $0.68 per share.
