Celestial Asia suits for HK$3.6mln deposits

Celestial Asia (1049) has suited the Urban Restructuring Administration (URA) to the Supreme Court for a request to be paid back more than HK$3.6 million worth of property lease deposits. Celestial Asia has signed a lease pact with the URA on July 4, 1998 to lease from the latter the 22nd floor of Central Center. It is now asking the URA to pay back the last rent and deposit totaling more than HK$3.6mln.
