Chongqing Iron sacks 417 jobs

Chongqing Iron & Steel Company Limited (1053) said that the company aims to dismiss 800 workers this year. 417 staffers have already been fired in the year's first half, accounting for 52.13% of the target number. The staff related expense amounted to RMB128 million in the first half, up by RMB32.67 million owing to upward adjustment of salary.
