Lamex Holdings to place 766mln shares for HK$76.6mln

Lamex Holdings (0312) announced to raise HK$76.6mln via placing 766 million new shares to not less than six independent persons and professional investors at the price of HK$0.1 per share, which account for 16.7% of the enlarged capital. Net proceeds will be used for general operation capital. The price HK$0.1 is a 7.4% discount to its last closing prices before suspension. Trading of the companyˇ¦s shares will resume today.
