TechCap dives over 23% on CB issue

TechCap Holdings Ltd. (0673) tumbled 23.3% and became the top loser after saying that it would issue variable rate U.S. dollar bonds, worth about US$12 million (HK$93.6 million), for working capital. At 11:26 a.m. Hong Kong time, the stock shed 18.3% to 4.9 HK cents, with HK$4.17 million shares changing hands.
