Emperor Int'l A Yeung adds 37.37mln shares

The SEHK has been notified by Charron Holdings Limited, the corporate substantial shareholder of Emperor International Holdings Limited (0163) of an increase in its interests in the company by 37.366 million shares. Albert Yeung, an individual substantial shareholder of the company, has reported an increase in his interests by the same amount as a result of deemed interests held through Charron Holdings Limited.
