DBS finishes compulsory acquisition of Dao Heng Bank

DBS Bank has completed a compulsory acquisition of the outstanding Dao Heng Group (0223) shares through unit DBS Diamond Holdings Ltd. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has approved the withdrawal of listing of Dao Heng Bank shares effective from today.
