Cathay pilots step up action to stick to rostering rules

The Hong Kong Aircrew Officers Association (AOA), the pilot union of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. (0293), said it has informed its members of the next step in the current limited industrial action, starting immediately. AOA issued at the weekend a directive asking pilots to increase vigilance and to adhere absolutely to safety aspects of 18 specific areas of operation, regardless of the scheduled departure time of the flight.
