New Rank City approved to buy Beijing lot

According to Oriental Daily, the proposal of New Rank City Development Limited (0456) to acquire the lot in Beijing from Chairman of the company Leung Kwo has been approved by the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the PRC. The lot is over 12,000 square meter in area. After the acquisition, the land bank of the company will increase to 260,000 square meter.
