Merrill Lynch evaluates debt concerns on First Pacific overdone

Merrill Lynch said it believes that debt concerns on First Pacific Co. (0142) appear overdone. "In our view, refinancing issues are not insurmountable; management appears in control," the house's analysts Christine Leung and Aaron Cheung said in a note to clients today.
