B shares soar on Tuesday

China B shares moved upwards all the day to end Tuesday sharply higher on news the country's first open-ended fund would be launched next week. Shanghai B share index climbed 9.12 points or 5.76 per cent to finish at 167.44. Turnover vaulted to RMB 954.23 million. Shenzhen B share index leapt 13.29 points or 4.82 per cent to close at 287.70 points. Turnover swelled to RMB 432.82 million.
