Jiangsu Expressway to buy 8.8 pct shares of Yangtze Bridge for 244.18 mln yuan

Jiangsu Expressway Co Ltd (0177) plans to acquire about an 8.8 pct stake in Yangtze Bridge Co from National Communications Investment Enterprise Co for 244.18 mln yuan. In a statement, Jiangsu Expressway said that following the acquisition, the company's stake in Yangtze Bridge will be raised to 26.63 pct.
