Corasia share trading date postponed to Sept 5

Corasia Group Limited (0875) announced that the completion of the agreement in relation to the sale of the 33% stake of the company by Freemantle International Limited, which is owned by Kwok Man-yu, Chairman of the Board and the controlling shareholder of the company, to Dragon Delta Limited, which is held by Hon Fong-ming, will be postponed to September 5 from September 3. The company noted a decline in the price of the shares of the company yesterday.
