SunCorp Tech agrees to trim holding in SZ JV

SunCorp Technologies Limited (1063) announced that the SGM has passed the resolution in relation to the transaction of Sichuan Top's purchase of shares in Shenzhen Guo Wei Electronics Company Limited, a JV of the company. After the transaction SunCorp's shareholding in Shenzhen Guo Wei will be reduced from 60% to 46%.
