Shandong Xinhua Pharma. to issue A shares at 13 Yuan Per Share

Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Ltd. (0719), a Chinese pharmaceuticals maker, said it decided to issue 33 million yuan-denominated A shares at 13 yuan each. The H-share company said the over-subscription multiple is 28.1 on the basis of the total number of A shares validly subscribed for or purchased under its issue and offer plan.
