CITIC Pacificˇ¦s investment plan approved

CITIC Pacific Ltd (0267) managing director Henry Fan said the company's investment in CITIC Guoan has been approved by the authorities on the mainland. Fan said parent company CITIC Beijing has reiterated the legitimacy of CITIC Pacific's stake in CITIC Guoan after he asked the parent to clarify the status of the investment.
