30.50 mln shares of Karl Thomson shareholder sold at 2.60 hkd each

Karl Thomson Holdings Ltd (0007) said substantial shareholder J&A Investment Ltd sold 30.50 mln Karl Thomson shares at 2.60 hkd each yesterday. In a statement, Karl Thomson said the 30.50 mln shares represent about 13. 3 pct of the company's existing issued share capital and about 6.6 pct of the share capital as enlarged by the bonus shares to be allotted on Sept 14. Karl Thomson closed at 2.70 hkd yesterday.
