Regal Hotels International to seek buyer of Regal Kai Tak Hotel for HK$750 Mln

Regal Hotels International (0078), a unit of property company Paliburg Holdings (0617), has put its Regal Kai Tak Hotel, which was near the city's former airport, on the market with a HK$750 million price tag. This comes after Paliburg failed to strike a deal with a third party for a disposal of assets, including its interest in Regal Hotels. Agents said Regal wanted to sell hotels individually instead of pursuing a bulk disposal of all five Hong Kong
