GR Investment to extend investment management agreement with Sinox Fund Manageme

GR Investment Holdings Limited (0310) announces to extend for one year the investment management agreement with Sinox Fund Management Limited which expired on 31st August, 2001. Sinox Fund shall receive from the company a management fee of 1.5% per annum of the net asset value of the company payable at the end of each quarter. The management fee payable is estimated at approximately 3.676 million. The company Chairman Anthony Lam owns a 66.7% stake in Sinox Fund.
