Shareholders of Chengde Dixian approve plan for 100 million A-share IPO

Chengde Dixian Textile Co Ltd said its shareholders have approved a plan to launch a 100 mln A-share IPO. The price for the IPO shares will be determined by the company and its main underwriter following a book-building excercise, the company said.
