New Rank City submits acquisition to regulators

New Rank City Development Limited (0456) announced that the very substantial acquisition and a connected transaction of the company was submitted to the relevant regulatory bodies on August 29. The directors expected that it will take more time to finalise the announcement. It is not sure whether the proposed deals will proceed. Accordingly, trading in the shares of the company on the Stock Exchange will continue to be suspended.
