Symphony Holdings Ltd. (1223), a footwear maker, asked that its shares be suspended effective 2:30 p.m. local time pending a statement about price-sensitive information. The company gave no other details in the statement, which didn't come out until shortly before the close. Its shares were last traded at HK$1.31, up 5.5 percent from yesterday
