Coulcher of Swank International Resigns as Managing Director

Christopher Coulcher of Swank International Manufacturing Co. (0663), a spectacle frame and glass maker, has said to resign as managing director and as a director of each of its subsidiaries, effective Feb. 28, 2002. Coulcher has informed the company that, having overseen Swank during the post-restructuring period through to a possible investment in the company by a third party investor, he now considered it appropriate that he should resign as managing director, it said.
