Best Mineral more subscribing in I-Wood

Best Mineral Resources Ltd (0162) will emerge as the new substantial shareholder in I-Wood International Holdings Ltd, after subscribing to 140 mln new shares in the company at 0.40 hkd per share. In a joint statement, the companies said Best Mineral will also subscribe to convertible bonds for 16 mln hkd, with a conversion price of 0.40 hkd per share. On completion of the subscription, Best Mineral will hold a 35.6 pct stake in I-Wood International.
